You take a little loco, and you add it to the moco. For the unitiated, loco moco is a plate of brown rice with some sort of protein on top (usually spam, but yuck, I make mine with chicken breast), then brown gravy and a fried egg. Smother with Tabasco and enjoy. I add a handful of green onions because scurvy.
